We handle the cosmetic repair — drywall, plaster, paint. We don't do plumbing. The leak source must be fixed before we start — painting over active moisture always fails. We can coordinate with a plumber if needed.

Depends on extent. A ceiling stain repair takes 2–3 days — repair, dry, prime, paint. Larger structural repairs involving replacing drywall sections take longer. We scope it at the estimate.
