We offer our services of, Carpentry, Remodeling, Painting, Power Washing, and that’s just to name a few. We offer plenty more to the state of Massachusetts.
We start every project off with a free estimate. Monday through Friday we return all calls requesting an estimate. We will scope out the project and then agree to a date and time when we can meet.
The customer will also receive a copy of our insurance, the details of our 2 year warranty, and our Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractors License number.
After the customer decides, they would like to hire AURA Painting, we then give a potential start date. There will be ongoing communication between AURA Painting and the customer leading up to the start date.
Our clients can be confident that they are hiring the right people for the job before any of us set foot on a job site.
We like to communicate with our customers daily about what was done during the day and what we have left to be done the next day.
After the job is complete we will do a “walk around” to check the job. We will then ask the customer to do a “walk around” with the us. We then collect the final payment.
