Aura Painting Inc (“Aura,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information our public website collects and how we use it when you browse the site or contact us.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, company, city or service area, type of service, unit count, and project description. You only need to provide a way for us to contact you; other details are optional. We also receive the page from which the inquiry was sent.
Campaign and browser information
If a visit includes campaign or advertising identifiers, our site may save the source, campaign, ad or click identifiers, and landing page in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. When you submit a form, the first and most recent tagged visits are sent with your inquiry to our CRM so we can understand which marketing channels bring inquiries. You can clear this browser storage through your browser settings.
Our website also uses a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Google may use cookies or similar browser identifiers to measure ad interactions and conversions. Our form conversion event is sent after the site confirms an inquiry; the website code does not attach the form’s name, email, or phone fields to that event. Click-to-call conversion tracking is not currently configured. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles information.
How we use information
- To respond to questions, estimate requests, and service inquiries.
- To keep and manage inquiries in our internal customer system and email inbox.
- To understand website and campaign performance, prevent spam, and maintain the website.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and inquiry workflow. Website and application hosting and the CRM database are provided through Vercel and Supabase. Form submissions are also routed through Formspree for email delivery or as a fallback if our CRM intake is unavailable. Google provides the advertising measurement tag and may provide maps or fonts on some pages; some pages load icons through a content delivery network. When your browser loads these resources, providers may receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser type, and requested resource. They process information as needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep information
Campaign attribution in your browser expires after up to 90 days unless cleared sooner. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, operate our business, and maintain business records, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your choices and requests
You can block or clear browser storage and cookies in your browser settings; some site features or measurement may then work differently. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We will review and respond as required by applicable law and may need to retain some records for business or legal purposes.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice as our website and practices change. The effective date above shows when this version was last updated.
