Our process

Doors come off and get sprayed with cabinet-grade enamel for a factory-smooth finish. Degreasing and bonding primer are what make it last.

Doors and drawer fronts come off, get labelled, and get sprayed off site or in a controlled space. Boxes get degreased with a TSP substitute, scuffed, and brushed and rolled in place. Bonding primer on everything, sanded between coats with 220, then two coats of cabinet-grade enamel.

The mistake we get called to fix

Grease is what kills cabinet jobs. Kitchen cabinets carry years of cooking film, and enamel over unwashed grease peels off in sheets at the door edges inside a year.
