Colonial exterior, full repaintClapboard had failed down to bare wood across the elevation. Washed, scraped back, feathered, wood repaired, primed and finished in two coats.

Three-family exterior restorationCornice and bay-window brackets had failed with rusted flashing behind them. Carpentry repaired first, then the full envelope prepped and refinished.
